3. User Eligibility

Customers must:

  • Use valid mobile numbers
  • Comply with applicable laws
RUNPE may suspend accounts providing false or misleading information.

4. Account Registration

Customers are responsible for:
  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • Securing login credentials
  • Activities performed through their accounts
RUNPE may verify accounts using OTP or other verification mechanisms.

5. Ride Booking

Customers acknowledge:
  • Ride requests are subject to captain availability
  • Estimated fares may vary due to traffic, route changes, tolls, waiting charges, or operational conditions
  • Pickup and arrival times are approximate
RUNPE reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent bookings.

6. Pricing and Payments

Ride fares may include:
  • Base fare

  • Platform fees
  • Taxes where applicable
Payments may be made through:
  • UPI
  • Wallets
  • Online payment methods
  • Cash where available
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges associated with completed rides.

7. Cancellation Policy

8. Customer Conduct

Customers shall not:
  • Misbehave with captains/drivers
  • Carry illegal or hazardous items
  • Damage vehicles
  • Use abusive language
  • Engage in unlawful activities
  • Create fake bookings
  • Impersonate another individual
RUNPE may suspend or permanently block breaching accounts.

9. Safety and Liability

Customers are responsible for:
  • Verifying ride details before boarding
  • Using seat belts or safety equipment where applicable
  • Protecting personal belongings
RUNPE is not responsible for:
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Delays caused by traffic or external conditions
  • Actions of independent captains beyond platform control
  • Indirect or consequential damages
However, RUNPE may assist in dispute resolution where reasonably possible.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:
  • Payment verification

  • Duplicate payments

  • Logos

  • Software

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Suspension and Termination

RUNPE may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse
  • Chargebacks
  • Fake bookings

14. Service Availability

RUNPE does not guarantee:
  • Continuous availability
  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operations
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Government restrictions

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUNPE shall not be liable for:

Liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific ride in dispute.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RUNPE is registered.
Courts having jurisdiction at Rajkot, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

RUNPE may modify these Terms at any time.

By registering or using RUNPE Captain services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "RUNPE" refers to the platform, applications, website, operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
  • "Captain" or "Driver" refers to an independent transportation service provider using the RUNPE platform.
  • "Customer" refers to an individual requesting transportation or related services through RUNPE.

2. Nature of Relationship

  • RUNPE is a technology platform that connects captains with customers seeking transportation services.
  • Captains operate as independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or partners of RUNPE unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
  • Captains are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, permits, licenses, taxation, insurance, and operational obligations.

3. Eligibility

Captains must:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driving license
  • Possess legally valid vehicle documentation
  • Provide accurate onboarding information
  • Comply with local transportation laws and regulations
RUNPE reserves the right to reject or suspend applications that fail verification requirements.

4. Account Registration and Verification

Captains agree to provide:

RUNPE may conduct:

Submission of fake, misleading, manipulated, or expired documents may result in immediate account termination.

RUNPE grants captains a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform for providing transportation services.
RUNPE may:

  • Change operational requirements
without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

6. Ride Acceptance and Conduct

Captains agree:
  • To maintain professional behavior

  • Not to manipulate fares or trips
  • Not to conduct fraudulent ride activity
Captains are responsible for complying with traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.

  • Promotional earnings
RUNPE may deduct:
  • Platform commissions
  • Applicable taxes
  • Penalties
  • Adjustments
  • Chargeback recoveries where applicable
Payout schedules may vary depending on operational and banking conditions.

8. Taxes and Compliance

Captains are responsible for:
  • Income tax obligations
  • GST obligations where applicable
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Insurance obligations
  • Permit compliance
RUNPE may share required information with government authorities where legally required.

9. Use of Location Services

Captains acknowledge that location tracking may occur:
  • During active rides
  • While online and available for bookings
  • During navigation sessions
  • During operational monitoring
Disabling mandatory location permissions may impact or restrict platform functionality.

10. Device and App Usage

Captains are responsible for:
  • Maintaining compatible devices
  • Internet connectivity
  • Device security
  • Secure access to their accounts
RUNPE is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized device access or credential sharing.

11. Suspension and Termination

RUNPE may suspend or permanently terminate captain accounts involved in:
  • Fraud
  • Fake rides
  • Repeated cancellations
  • Customer safety breaches
  • Criminal activities
  • Fake documentation
  • Platform manipulation
  • Misconduct
  • Legal or regulatory breaches
RUNPE reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUNPE shall not be liable for:
  • Loss of earnings
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect damages
  • Traffic penalties
  • Vehicle damages
  • Personal disputes
  • Third-party actions
  • Technical interruptions
RUNPE does not guarantee minimum ride volume, earnings, or uninterrupted platform availability.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, graphics, trademarks, content, and systems remain the property of RUNPE or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying, modification, resale, or misuse is prohibited.

14. Confidentiality

Captains agree not to:

  • Disclose operational information without authorization
